I have a background from childhood in classical dance and gymnastics which grew into my passion for yoga. My style of teaching is a multiple style, traditional lineage connecting the mind, body, and heart, incorporating sound healing, aromatherapy and other traditional styles of healing for a well rounded full sensory engaged class. My goal is to hold space to allow students to flourish in their yoga experience, and to invite them to look inward while in movement to connect on a deeper level with themselves mentally and physically.”



This class is Rhythm Cycle with a portion of arms on the bike with 2-3lb weights for the ultimate cardio and upper body workout! Rhythm is a fun and exhilarating indoor cycling experience. This class will incorporate full-body movement and rhythmic choreography that will, at times, feel like dancing. Plan to challenge your strength, coordination, focus, and endurance.

Trainer Tip of the Day: Are you planking correctly?

During a plank, be sure your shoulders are directly in line vertically with your wrists, and your hips are in line horizontally with your shoulders! Imagine placing a glass of water on top of your lower back to ensure you have a neutral spine. Then, to feel the burn in your abs, imagine you are digging your elbows back towards your feet to feel the core activate!

Jack started training with Darlene just a few months ago after having some issues with balance and falls.
