One of the most common things we hear from our members is “I need to stretch more”

Our trainer Natalie says “stretching is absolutely vital to an exercise program. Not only does it help tremendously with being able to move well as we age, but it also balances out the body, lengthens the limbs, and most importantly… good flexibility feels amazing!”

We wanted to make it easier for you to incorporate stretching into your workout routine, so we got the best stretch equipment there is- the STRETCHING CAGE!

Welcome Gabby to our Personal Trainer team!! You may recognize Gabby from the front desk, she has been putting in hours to prepare for her debut as a PLSC trainer, and we are so excited for her to start this next chapter!

When Jocelin first joined the club, she had never lifted weights before. She set up her free initial session with Tim to learn how to use the equipment to build a foundation, and ended up sticking to a regular Personal Training routine. Fast forward to now, Jocelin is now squatting and deadlifting more than her bodyweight! She has added significant muscle definition and feels more energized than ever. Great work, Jocelin and Tim!

When Kindra began training with Natalie, she was struggling with debilitating sciatica. Her pain inhibited her from being able to enjoy her daily life, which caused fatigue and low energy. Point Loma Sports Club is seeking a positive friendly person for cleaning duties. Great working conditions. We are primarily seeking someone that would like to work between 1pm-9pm weekdays and either 7am to 12noon, or 12noon to 6pm on the weekends. More hours are available if desired.

The hours are flexible. This could be full time or part time, depending on your needs

“I am motivated in my personal life by traditional, natural, and organic paths to health and wellness, and I love sharing what I learn and using my experiences and qualifications to help others on their specific journeys. I have a background from childhood in classical dance and gymnastics which grew into my passion for yoga. My style of teaching is a multiple style, traditional lineage connecting the mind, body, and heart, incorporating sound healing, aromatherapy and other traditional styles of healing for a well rounded full sensory engaged class. My goal is to hold space to allow students to flourish in their yoga experience, and to invite them to look inward while in movement to connect on a deeper level with themselves mentally and physically.”



This class is Rhythm Cycle with a portion of arms on the bike with 2-3lb weights for the ultimate cardio and upper body workout! Rhythm is a fun and exhilarating indoor cycling experience. This class will incorporate full-body movement and rhythmic choreography that will, at times, feel like dancing. Plan to challenge your strength, coordination, focus, and endurance.
