Congratulations to our newest friends and the winners of Aspen Ruggerfest - Time Rugby! Time Rugby is a special organization with a heart for giving back. Not only did they leave Aspen with hardware, but they also made an incredible impact by donating a generous $20,000 to the US Rugby Foundation. This investment in youth rugby triggers an exciting new partnership and a common commitment to the growth of American youth rugby.

USRF is deeply grateful for Time Rugby and we promise to prove you right for your belief in us.

Not every win in rugby comes with a multi-million dollar price tag.

In Pensacola, FL, one flag rugby kit — donated by Youth Rugby Initiative — helped train over 100 PE teachers across 52 schools. No big budget, no massive facility. Just the right resources landing in the right hands.

Elise Glidden turned that kit into a district-wide program, and we honored her with our inaugural YRI Award at this year's Hall of Fame. But this story isn't really about one person - it's about what happens when a grassroots org like Youth Rugby Initiative makes it easy for communities to say yes to rugby.

Sometimes it's not the $3.6M facility. Sometimes it's one kit, one conversation, and someone willing to follow through.

This is What's Going Right. 🇺🇸
