Our athletes came, competed, and gave everything they had at the NorCal Classic this past weekend.
The workouts were brutal. The competition was fierce. But the part that hit different? Watching this community show UP for each other.
CrossFit isn’t just fitness - it’s one of the few places left where people genuinely gather, cheer each other on, and connect. This weekend reminded me why we do what we do.
Congrats to our athletes who competed - Adrian, Amanda, Nathaly, Leonie and Katrina. Thank you to everyone who came to support. And thank you for an incredible, well-run event. 🙌
