Surf in the morning. Ride in the afternoon. Fire up dinner before sunset.

Cooking inside your RV means lingering food smells, grease in the cabin and smoke alarms joining the dinner conversation.

HitchFire gives you full-power grilling outside, right from your rear receiver. Swing it away from the RV, fire up both burners and cook everything from burgers and steaks to a full campsite breakfast—without sacrificing valuable storage space or carrying a dirty grill through your vehicle.

🍝 Trail-side Bolognese just hits different.

Middle of nowhere. Killer view. Spaghetti Bolognese bubbling away. And a full kitchen ready to go right at camp.

The HitchFire Camp Kitchen brings a legit cooking setup wherever the adventure takes you. Set it up in seconds, fire up the burners, hit the sink, and suddenly you’re making meals that have no business being this good in the middle of nowhere.

And fair warning: the smell of Bolognese drifting through camp is basically a guaranteed way to make new friends. 😂

No picnic table required. No complicated setup. No sad camp meals.

Just a professional-grade kitchen that goes where you go.

Set up. Fire up. Dig in. 🔥🍝

We don’t usually include rolling your 4Runner into a ditch in the durability testing.

Thankfully, Colby Accardi | Lifestyle Creator walked away — and somehow, so did the HitchFire.

After the 4Runner rolled, the grill was still mounted out back and still in perfect working condition.

Three days later, he fired it up and grilled on it. 🔥

This is the definition of Adventure Grilling. This is why we make these things.

Your van gets you to places most kitchens never will. 🌄

From sunrise coffee in the desert to a full steak dinner under the red rocks of Moab, your camp kitchen should be just as capable as your rig.

Our hitch-mounted grill swings out of the way, giving you plenty of clearance for your Sprinter’s rear barn doors while keeping a real cooking setup right where you need it. Need even more room? Add our optional hitch extender for additional clearance on certain van builds.

Because freeze-dried meals are optional. Real food isn’t.

Some builds just make you stop scrolling.

This Geo Tracker looks like it rolled straight out of an off-road fever dream—with aggressive triangle-track tires that give it the attitude of a mini tank. It climbs, crawls, and goes places most rigs wouldn’t even attempt.

And somehow… it’s packing a HitchFire on the back.

This is the kind of setup that reminds us adventure isn’t about having the biggest rig—it’s about going where the adventure takes you and cooking something unforgettable when you get there.

Quite possibly the most unique HitchFire setup of 2026. 🔥

🥃🔥 Fireball... on chicken wings?

Yeah, we know. It sounds a little unhinged.

But trust us on this one.

The cinnamon kick caramelizes into a sticky, sweet, slightly spicy glaze that somehow just works. Crispy wings, a little heat, a little sweetness, and a recipe your buddies will be asking for after the first bite.

The only advice? Save a little Fireball for the wings before you finish the bottle. 😅

🍗 Full recipe in the video.
💾 Save this one for your next campsite, tailgate, or backyard cookout.
👇 Would you try it, or are we completely out of our minds?
