The inaugural LA Tri (Holiday) Glow Stick Swim 🏊🏼‍♀️ 🌅 🌴 Swimmers & paddlers got a front row experience adventuring through the historic canals in Long Beach - where homes spare no expense to decorate with dazzling lights and holiday displays. Water temperatures are holding out, making for an extra pleasant nighttime swim. Keep an eye out for our next Glow Stick swim in the new year. 👀

What is Masters Swimming? 🏊🏼‍♀️🛟 🥽

Masters swimming is a program for adults 18 and older that combines fitness and competitive swimming, regardless of skill level. It’s a way for adults to stay in shape, improve their swimming skills, and participate in competitions, or simply enjoy the social aspect of swimming with others.

LA Tri Club has several Master’s Swim program locations, days & times. All levels are welcome. Come be social, get a great workout in, and feel GOOD! DM us to drop in to a session 🏊🏼‍♀️

Great conditions & adventurous swells for the annual 2-mile swim between the Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers yesterday! Several LATC members placed in their age groups - including and both securing 1st place in their age groups!
