In honor of our 15th season, we are taking a look at our amazing alumni! We are so proud of everything they've accomplished!

💜 May is Senior Month 💜

Today we celebrate Raveena Yellapragada. Raveena trains in ballet, modern and hip hop.

Raveena has been dancing for 14 years. Her favorite style of dance is hip hop. In the fall, she is attending Harper College where she plans to study business and sustainability. When asked what favorite memory stands out during her time at Rise she said, "Dancing with my friends and getting ready together for shows."

Congratulations, Raveena!! You are a lovely student and dancer.

Today we celebrate Lauren Trybus! Lauren trains in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, modern and contemporary.

Lauren has been dancing for 15 years. Her favorite style of dance is contemporary. In the fall, she will be attending Iowa State University where she is majoring in aerospace engineering. When asked what favorite memory stands out from her time at Rise she said, "Performing with friends and getting to share what I love through dancing!"

Lauren, it has been a joy to watch you dance all these years. We're so excited to see what you do next!!

Today we're celebrating Olivia Pelayo! Olivia trains in ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern and contemporary.

Olivia has been dancing for 9 years. Her favorite styles are lyrical and modern. In the fall, she is attending the University of Iowa where she hopes to study Diagnostic Medical Sonography. When asked what favorite memories stand out from her time at Rise she said, "Sunday rehearsals and the end of the year DSP parties."

Olivia, we have loved watching you come into your own as an artist. We will miss you and wish you tons of luck!!

Today we celebrate Stelliah Howard! Stelliah trains in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop and modern.

Stelliah has been dancing for 13 years. Her favorite style of dance is modern. In the fall, she will be attending Louisiana State University where she is majoring in kinesiology, hoping to one day become an athletic trainer for a professional sports team. When asked what favorite memory stands out from her time dancing at Rise she said, "Spending time with Raveena in the dressing room during recital."

You have such a bright future, Stelliah, and we've loved working with you and getting to know you all these years!

Madison has been dancing for 15 years. Her favorite styles of dance are contemporary and jazz. In the fall, she will be attending the University of Missouri where she is majoring in special and elementary education. When asked what favorite memories stand out from her time at Rise she said, "Show days and seeing all my friends at classes!"
