🙏 Lord Ganesha – The Divine Beginning of Every Kathak Journey 🪔

In Kathak, every performance begins with remembering Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, the symbol of wisdom, knowledge, and new beginnings. Through Ganesh Vandana, dancers seek His blessings for focus, grace, rhythm, and a successful performance.

The Ganapati pose in Kathak beautifully portrays His divine qualities through expressive hand gestures (mudras), graceful movements, and storytelling. It reminds us that Kathak is not just a dance—it is a form of devotion where every movement becomes a prayer.

May Lord Ganesha bless every dancer with confidence, discipline, creativity, and the joy of learning.
