Hi Friends! As many of you know, our friend Traci Brimhall has been battling Leukemia since July of this year. She was diagnosed with a couple of aggressive types of Leukemia, which she received multiple treatments of chemotherapy to try and rid her body of the cancer. The cancer has returned and Traci has decided to continue natural treatments and cease traditional medical treatment, including termination of chemotherapy. That being said, she hasn’t been given much time left to spend with us. Anyone who knows Traci knows that she is the strongest person. She is driven and is a true fighter. She is the true superwoman. She plans to spend the remaining time she has been given fulfilling some bucket list experiences and adventures with her friends and family. She plans to spend as much time in the gym as her health and body permits. If you see her in the gym, remind her of how strong she is and show her a little extra love. It seems easier to post this so that everyone is given fair warning! Remember that life is short, live it while you have the chance. Traci has taught us all that life is precious, to not take anything for granted, and to love and trust with an open heart. We love you Traci!
I have to send a recommendation shout out to our very own P.T Alicia Pagnoni @BreakThePattern!! I have had low back spasms for the last 4months (probably because I'm late to Robert Huffer's warm ups), and she has been amazing at helping me get better! She is still seeing members during this COVID time and being safe, as she has a gallon of hand sanitizer when you walk in for your appointment. So if you have time during this quarantine i'd give her a shout! Thank you Alicia!...I also take this time to buy all of the NOCCO's in the fridge!
