Today's Senior Spotlight is Katie (she/her)
⭐Time at ATD: 13 years
⭐ Favorite Dance Genre: Modern! (Who doesn't love cool partnering and getting to roll around on the floor?)
⭐ Advice for other ATD Dancers: Show up! As simple as it sounds, it can also sometimes be so hard. I often feel like I’m too tired or busy to dance, but I always leave the studio happier and more energized than when I arrived.
⭐ Favorite ATD Memory: I will always love the moments backstage during shows! There is such a goofy and yet sentimental energy all at once. Getting ready together, doing silly dances backstage, and watching other dancers from the wings makes me feel so connected to this wonderful community.

Today's Senior Spotlight is Chloe (she/her)
⭐Time at ATD: 14 years
⭐ Favorite Dance Genre: Pop Styles
⭐ Advice for other ATD Dancers: Try your best to not compare yourself to your classmates. The more you focus on finding what feels good to you in your dancing, the more you’ll enjoy it, and the more you’ll grow.
⭐ Favorite ATD Memory: Seeing my Bad Bunny pop piece on stage for the first time at showcase.
Congratulations, Chloe!

Today's Senior Spotlight is Hadley (she/her)
⭐Time at ATD: 2.5 years
⭐ Favorite Dance Genre: Modern-it's hard to choose, though, since I enjoy many different dance styles.
⭐ Advice for other ATD Dancers: My advice is to enjoy and appreciate the opportunity to dance and not overthink your performance. Additionally, trying out new styles and being involved in different aspects of dance such as choreographing, improvisation, learning challenging choreography, or dance teaching can challenge and grow your skills as a dancer.
⭐ Favorite ATD Memory: My favorite ATD memory is from last year in my modern class when we formed a circle around one person, allowed them to close their eyes, and continued to catch and throw them around the circle. It was basically a trust fall on a larger scale.
Congratulations, Hadley!

Today's Senior Spotlight is Za'Nari (she/her)
⭐Time at ATD: 3 years (although I previously danced with ATD through the ages 3-7)
⭐ Favorite Dance Genre: Ballet/Lyrical!
⭐ Advice for other ATD Dancers: Don’t give up! You are in charge of how you progress. Ask for help from your friends and teachers along the way. Your hard work will shine through. You got this!
⭐ Favorite ATD Memory: Bonding with my classmates even more during dress rehearsals. Getting to see all our hard work come together on stage is a feeling that will never get old!!
Congratulations, Za'Nari!
