Most importantly the 1816 Bourbon Club took in…. Wait for it, $30,326 today! This will end up being a huge amount being donated back into the community, all because of YOU! They might have just sold out their max of a 100 person membership TODAY!

Yesterday we hosted the Seymour Firefighters #577 Golf Outing! It’s always a treat to have so many everyday hero’s onsite!

John was much more than a PGA golf professional. For 41 years at Hickory Hills Golf Club, he became a familiar face, a mentor, a friend, and an important part of the golf community.

John had a special gift for teaching, especially when it came to kids. He loved giving lessons and helping young golfers learn not only the game of golf, but also the values, friendships, and life lessons that come with it.

Above all, John loved his family, his community, and the people around him. He had a way of making people feel welcome and cared for, and his impact reached far beyond the golf course.

The golf world has lost a great professional, but our community has lost an even greater person.

Our thoughts and prayers are with John’s family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched and the countless golfers he helped along the way.

Rest in peace, John. Thank you for the many years of friendship, leadership, and love for the game. You will be deeply missed. ❤️🏌️‍♂️
