MEET THE TEAM—AND THE FAMILY!
At 55, I started my life over and went back to college.
At 72, I own a growing fitness studio with my husband and both of my daughters working beside me.
Apparently, I have never been very good at sitting still. 😄
Fitness to Function LLC has expanded, and so has our team. Since half of the people on this graphic are already included in the family group text, I thought proper introductions were overdue!
I’m Dianne Laird, Owner and Studio Director. My job is to train our clients, run the studio, and come up with ideas.
Lynn Yates is our Lead Trainer and Personal Trainer/Coach. She keeps our clients moving, our training focused, and the rest of us aware that there is, in fact, a schedule.
My daughter Jenny Lee Ploch handles Billing and Renewal Administration. Every family business needs one daughter who knows where every form is, when every payment is due, and somehow knows what the rest of us forgot to do.
My daughter Elise Galperin is our Creative Director. If you see a photograph, flyer, or post that looks beautiful, Elise probably created it. She’s an artist, so we should all be grateful she is using her talent to make us look polished instead of painting us exactly as we look after a hard workout. 🎨😂
My husband, Ron Laird, handles Facility and Equipment Maintenance. That is his official title. His actual job begins whenever I say, “Ron, I have one little idea.” He has learned that one little idea may involve moving half the studio. 🔧
And now we’re excited to welcome Noemi Berta as our newest Personal Trainer/Coach! 💪
Noemi joins us during this exciting season of growth. We’ll soon share her bio, her story, and a personal welcome from Noemi herself.
Some families get together for Sunday dinner. Ours gets together to train clients, correct paperwork, design posts, repair equipment, and move an entire fitness studio.
We may have expanded, but we are still the same personal, authentic boutique studio where our clients are known and cared for.
