This week's Genus Run club adventure will start at the new cross country venue "The Course Spokane Valley" https://www.spokanesports.org/venue/cross-country-complex
Thursday we meet between 5:45 PM and 6PM, run starts at 6PM. After we can meet at Genus for a beverage. There will be some water available at the venue. Your first beverage is still $1 off at Genus and remember to count the rabbits.

So for the Genus Club run this Thursday we have two new routes set up. If you want to drop by for just a beverage that would be welcome. Runners see you at 5:45 ish, run at 6 PM. $1 off first beverage and some snacks will be provided.

Today’s Genus Run Club route has options of mostly dirt or all paved along Appleway out to the new high-school. If you do the full loop it is 4.7 miles if you do an out and back you pick the distance. $1 off first b**r and there will be snacks!.

First race of the BRRC cross country series is tomorrow 9-6 at Audubon park. Small entry fee. Come join the Genus championship team! Remember to sign up on the Genus team in the registration.

It is time to work on your cross country legs again! Come help Genus hold on to the trophy for another year!
The dates are:

Audubon 5K: Sept 6
Qualchan 12K: Oct 4
Seven Mile 5K: Oct 18
Mead 5K: Oct 24
$20 each or $15 if you sign up for all four.
We will be running “The Course “ this Thursday. Meet at 5:45 run at 6. 5k to 12k distances https://spokanevalleywa.gov/169/The-Course
After we can retire to Genus for a beverage,$1 off your first and one person can get a free beverage if they guess closest to the number of rabbits i count

The City of Spokane Valley contracts with the Spokane County Sheriff's Office to provide public safety services to our city.

Tonights Genus Club run will be an adventure to see if we can cross the dry river and visit the new cross country course. It is 3 miles to the river and back. Crossing the river and doing a loop will add a little over a mile. After, please join us for a $1 off your first beverage and one person can win a free beverage if you can guess how many rabbits I will see on the run.
