This is what progress looks like.

A room full of kids moving, learning, laughing, working hard, and getting a little better than they were yesterday.

They might think they’re just throwing punches…
We see confidence, focus, coordination and determination being built one class at a time.

Just another day at Lion’s Den Taekwondo.

Seven bricks. One moment. A lifetime of training behind it. 🥋

Grandmaster Miles is a World Champion and a 2× HW International Hall of Fame inductee.

Those are accomplishments we’re incredibly proud of—but they aren't what Lion’s Den Taekwondo is really about.

Because trophies eventually collect dust. Titles become part of your history. What lasts is what you pass on to the next generation.

Every class is an opportunity to take decades of experience and give a piece of it to our students—to help them become stronger, more confident, more disciplined, and more respectful.

We want our students to receive exceptional Taekwondo instruction, but even more importantly, we want them to know that the people teaching them genuinely care about who they become.

That’s the standard we try to live up to every day at Lion’s Den.
Train hard. Stay humble. Pass it on. 🦁🥋

…and every once in a while, break seven bricks just to make sure you’ve still got it. 😂💥
