Before training sporadically for 8 years with no consistency, results would fluctuate. But with pure consistency, showing up 5 days a week even when motivation was low, the results speak for themselves. This is what happens when nutrition and workouts are consistent over time. When will we learn that half-assed efforts and quick fixes don't work.

Hi, I’m Breana — a Certified Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience, a wife, and a proud mom of two .
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but my passion for coaching comes from helping people feel strong, confident, and supported through every season. I believe training should enhance your life, not overwhelm it, which is why my approach is intentional, balanced, and sustainable.
I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, corrective exercise, and pre- and postpartum fitness, with a strong emphasis on proper movement and long-term results. Whether you’re rebuilding strength after pregnancy, navigating a busy schedule, returning to training after time away, or simply ready to prioritize your health, I meet you where you are and guide you forward with purpose.
My coaching style is supportive, personalized, and results-driven — focused on helping you feel capable in your body and confident in your everyday life.
Outside of the gym, I’m a self-proclaimed foodie, known for my dry sense of sarcasm, and most weekends you’ll find me cheering on my son at his many sporting events. I value time with family, meaningful connection, and traveling whenever we can.
