The lotus flower is a symbol of purity and rising above the "mud" of daily stress. When translated into sound, these vibrations help synchronize your brainwaves and bring your body into a state of deep relaxation. Whether you are here for meditation, sleep, or simply to experience the beauty of sound healing, let these frequencies guide you.

✨ What you’ll experience in this video:

A focused sound bath featuring the Lotus Singing Bowl.

Deep vibrations designed to promote Alpha and Theta brainwave states.

Visualizations of the "blooming" sound frequency

Yesterday marked one full year of Spring Healing Arts Studio 🤍

When we first opened our doors, we didn’t have all the answers—but we took a leap of faith and trusted the process. What we envisioned was simple yet powerful: a space where everyone is welcome… a space for medicine, for music, for movement, and for true community.

We set the intention to create something that feels like it belongs to you—because it does. This is more than a studio… it’s a shared sanctuary, a collective energy that we all help build and nurture together.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to serve, to hold space, and to provide what our community truly needs.

To everyone who has walked through these doors, shared your energy, and been part of this journey—thank you. Your presence is what makes this space alive.

Huax Huax 🙏✨
