Springboro Lacrosse Club

Saturday several of our 3rd-6th grade boys supported Coach Scott Birnie and Dayton Eagles Lacrosse by participating in the Shootout for Soldiers!

This was an incredible event-- food trucks, vendors, music, dancing, (maybe a little rain) and lacrosse!!

Our Springboro players were directly responsible for raising over $1,000!

The club is proud of Coach Birnie and all of his hard work to bring this special event to the area for the first time ever! Looking forward to this *hopefully* being an annual event and more players getting the chance to experience it!

While the High School Varsity Girls Lacrosse team was making school history 👏, we were celebrating the heart and soul of our program — our coaches, assistant coaches, team reps, and board members.

We could never build and sustain a top-notch program without these dedicated people giving their time, energy, and passion to our athletes and families. We were also missing those who could not make it, but their contributions to our program are equally appreciated.

A special thank you to Heather’s Coffee & Café for the wonderful service and perfect atmosphere as we celebrated and thanked the people who make our program so special.

Just one more day until our SHS girls lacrosse team heads to Mason for a State Semi Final matchup against Upper Arlington! 🥍

Help us send the team off with all kinds of Springboro spirit by heading to the high school tomorrow (June 2) at 5 p.m. Park in the staff lot near the main entrance and then line the entryway to campus as the girls head out! 🎉

Game time is 7 p.m. and tickets are available online through the OHSAA. 🎟

It's going to be a beautiful night to cheer on Boro! 🐾
