Dayton Impact Select Baseball Organization

The Dayton Impact is a FCA-affiliated youth baseball organization created in 2017 More than anything, we want the boys to have fun!

The Dayton Impact organization was created to implement transformational coaching through the game of baseball. The coaching will be guided by Christian principles and follow the philosophies presented in the book "Inside Out Coaching" by Joe Ehrmann. The goal of the organization is to not only develop skills and play well competitively, but also to develop young men who impact their communities in positive ways. Our mission: to develop and nourish relationships within communities while making a difference, serving Christ and positively affecting people's lives. Our Motto: Love God, Love others, Love Baseball!

HYDRATION DOESN’T TAKE THE FALL OFF! 🍂💧

As the cooler fall weather rolls in, it’s easy for young athletes to forget to drink enough water. Even when they aren’t feeling thirsty, their bodies are still losing fluids through physical activity.

Whether it’s practice, game day, or a weekend tournament, keeping our athletes hydrated is essential to helping them stay healthy, energized, and ready to give their best!

Stay hydrated, stay healthy, and keep making an IMPACT! ❤️💧💙
