I was thinking about all of you and how much I love seeing you all in class. I love the way you welcome newcomers! I see new friendships form and it makes my heart happy!!

Yes, we have Dance fit tomorrow! This will be our last class until August 1. So come and get your dance on at 10:00am. As a reminder, we do have low impact aerobics at Doling with Brittney on Mondays and Thursdays if you’re interested.

Yes, we do have Dance fit tomorrow at 10 AM! I think I had said this was our last class but that is NOT correct. We will also have class next Saturday, May 30. That will be our last class until August.
I also want to remind you, there are no classes at the family centers on Monday, May 25th. The facilities will be open if you want to go in and do your own workout. Have a fun and safe weekend!

We are constantly met with obstacles. It’s life!! How you manage these obstacles is what matters. Giving up is not an option. Even if it means doing the minimum for a while that is still forward motion!! Do what you can when you can. I am here for anything you need. Need motivation, accountability, encouragement, you got it!!
