e cycling professional, advocate, coach, and a parent, my passion to leave a long lasting positive influence in cycling has become a driving force in my life. I have worked professionally in the cycling community for 21 years and feel an obligation to continue to grow, education and development of mountain biking as a sport. I have been working as a youth mountain bike instructor for 18 years. I did this while working as an art teacher and in the other parts of the cycling industry. This led me to start and formalize Wheels Up as a stand alone business focused on youth mountain bike development in 2017. Since then Wheels Up has grown into much more than youth camps, rides, and skills development clinics. Wheels Up Team programs have grown to have more than 70 Youth Team members over the last 2 seasons! Enduro launching in 2022 and XC launching in 2023! Our goal is to create more opportunities for youth to get on bikes. We are passionate about creating safe and intensive programming like no other in the region. We have been working to build the safest and most education mountain bike platform available for youth riders. Wheels Up Enduro and XC programs are to help get more out of their riding experiences and create Life Time Cyclist. The next generation of bicycle engineers, racers, coaches, sales people, mechanics, influencers, and whatever else they may want to do with their long lasting passion of riding bikes. We offer the highest level coaching, instruction, and support available to youth on bikes. As many of you may not be familiar with the riding and racing we are offering. Looking at “Mainstream” sports like football, baseball, soccer, and swimming offer the type of programs that are familiar to the parents and kids. This is a challenge for cycling specifically as there are so few cycling programs around the country that accommodate Enduro and High Level XC Mountain biking for youth. We recognize compared to the “mainstream” sports we are focusing our Enduro and XC at the more premium level. Near the tryout teams than just open enrollment. If you are looking for those types of programs we offer that type of programing through Wheels Up more traditional programming, Have a youth rider looking to make the next steps in their goals to be all they can be on and off a bike? BMX MISSOURI STATE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOUTOUT — WHEELS UP ENDURO TEAM RIDERS!

A HUGE congratulations to two of our Wheels Up Enduro Team riders on some fantastic results!

Knox — STATE CHAMPION!
Congratulations to one of our Wheels Up Enduro Team Captains, Knox, on an incredible 1st-place finish and State Championship in the 14 Intermediate class!

And a big congratulations to fellow Wheels Up Enduro Team rider Dylan, who put together a very strong ride and finished 4th in the 13 Intermediate class!

Great job to both of these young men!

One of the things I’m most proud of is seeing our riders become well-rounded cyclists and athletes. Whether it’s Enduro, cross-country, racing, training, or simply putting in the work on bikes, these guys continue to challenge themselves and represent Wheels Up extremely well.

WHAT A WEEKEND IN BENTONVILLE!

Couldn’t be more proud of our Wheels Up Enduro Team and the effort everyone put in this weekend at the first Arkansas Enduro Series event of the year in Bentonville!

It was HOT. It was DUSTY. And it was definitely a challenging weekend on the mountain.

This was a sold-out race with some seriously competitive fields, and our Wheels Up riders came ready to race. We had riders battling right outside the podium spots, including a couple of 4th-place and 5th-place finishes, along with strong performances throughout the team.

But results only tell part of the story.

Enduro weekends are demanding. Between pre-riding, racing multiple stages, managing the heat, keeping bikes running, staying fueled and hydrated, and pushing through fatigue, it takes a complete team effort.

I’m incredibly proud of how our riders handled themselves, supported one another, and kept pushing all weekend. And a huge thank you to our coaches and parents who put in just as much work behind the scenes to make weekends like this possible.

Bentonville is always an incredible place to ride, and we love every opportunity we get to spend time on these trails.

Congratulations to ALL of our Wheels Up racers on a great weekend!

Next up, we’ll be heading back to Arkansas next month for the Arkansas Enduro Series in Eureka Springs, and we’re already looking forward to getting this crew back between the tape.

Congratulations to Connor, our Rider Spotlight!!!

Connor has been an outstanding leader as a Team Captain for both the Enduro Team and XCG Program. His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to encourage every rider around him make him a tremendous role model on and off the bike.

Whether he’s pushing himself through tough training sessions, helping younger riders build confidence, or representing the Wheels Up family with sportsmanship and respect, Connor consistently leads by example.

Great creativity on the 4th! Happy 4th of July everyone!!!

Happy 4th of July from Wheels Up MTB! 🇺🇸

One of my favorite parts of coaching is seeing the creativity and excitement our riders bring to the sport. Beckett recently built an awesome LEGO Mobile Command Center Bike Hauler complete with Wheels Up branding. Pretty amazing what kids can dream up when they’re passionate about bikes!

Moments like these remind me that Wheels Up is about so much more than riding. It’s about building confidence, friendships, imagination, and a lifelong love of mountain biking.

We hope everyone has a safe and fun Independence Day. Enjoy the time with family and friends, take in the fireworks, and we’ll see you all back on bikes very soon!
