We’re looking for an energetic, responsible, and kid-loving Afterschool Counselor to join our
LEAP Afterschool Program!✨

🕝 Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
💰 Great Pay
🎓 18+ years old
👧🏽 2+ years of childcare experience required

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

💜 Truly enjoy working with children
💜 Are dependable, punctual, and responsible
💜 Have experience supervising school-age children
💜 Can create a fun, positive, and structured environment
💜 Are patient, energetic, and a great communicator
💜 Can assist with homework, activities, snack/mealtime, and transitions
💜 Work well as part of a team
💜 Are comfortable following safety procedures and program policies
💜 Can maintain professional boundaries with children and families
💜 Are willing to participate in training and staff meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Must be 18 years or older
✔️ Minimum 2 years of childcare experience
✔️ Successful criminal background check
✔️ Successful drug screening
✔️ Reliable transportation to/from work
✔️ Strong attendance and punctuality
✔️ Professional references preferred
✔️ CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain

📣Open House was a huge success! I didn’t get a picture with everyone but let me tell you they were out side at 10am and we didn’t stop until after 1pm. I’m so thankful to God for He knows the plans He has for Destiny Creative PAC!! The future begins here🌟
