The Swing Series is in session.

For golfers, tennis players, pickleball players, and anyone whose body has ever taken a swing at them personally.

This limited series with is designed to build strength, mobility, rotation, and control, so you can move with more power on and off the court/course.

And yes, The Swing Package AND regular class credits apply to The Swing classes!

Three pilates instructors walked into the desert...🌵

, , and took pilates training to the desert, with brief scheduled appearances by avocado toast, a hike, and some deeply necessary pool time.

Research was conducted. Muscles were used. SPF was reapplied.

Learning also counts when there’s a pool involved.

Be prepared for the serious knowledge we're bringing back to The Studio.
