In fact, to kick things off... mark your calendars for Wednesday, July 1, because the SCARPA rep will be in the gym from 5-8PM hosting a SHOE DEMO!!!

Attention Alchemy Community!!

In preparation for our super awesome, 5-week community bouldering event (Boulder League), we will be closing the Pit early on Friday nights so that setting can take place.

This means that bouldering will shut down at 8PM each Friday night for the next five weeks. Starting Friday 05/22, and happening each Friday night through 06/19, the Pit will close at 8PM.

Thank you in advance for your understanding!!

Ropes and Autobelays will still be open, the ping pong table will still be rocking, and the Friday vibes will still be vibing. We hope to see you there.

Apparently today, (the third Sunday in May), is World Baking Day... and so we thought it'd be nice to share this photo memory from our holiday cookie exchange.

World Baking Day is said to encourage people to pick a sweet or savory recipe, make it/bake it, and share it friends. Which, is precisely what we did that day back in December. Soo many sweet treats- and soo many good friends.

Felt right to highlight! 🍪 🌟

It's time for another installment of Alchemy in the Wild!

This time we've got a gorgeous new submission from the great state of COLORADO! Shout outs to Robyn and Patrick for being a part of our amazing community and for sharing a little slice of their adventure from their trip to Denver and the surrounding picturesque landscapes of Clear Creek and Morrison.

Robyn gave a little trip report along with these photos saying: "Patrick and I made the trip out there to see Bright Eyes at Red Rocks, but we were snowed out by the biggest snow storm Denver got all winter. Since we were there, we had to do some climbing. We lucked out where all the climbing routes were clear and dry by the day after the storm. We rented some pads from a nearby gym and headed out. We got to climb some routes overlooking Red Rocks, all of which were waayyyy more difficult than we anticipated. On day two we tried out Clear Creek which had some nice boulders right along the water. The routes were much more approachable and the valleys were gorgeous. I could've stayed along that creek for days."

As far as a favorite route from the trip, Robyn said "Shrimp Fried Rice" along the creek was definitely the one.

Climbing in a place like Clear Creek can be such an invigorating experience- the feel of the breeze on your face, the sounds of the water rushing by, and that ultimate sense of presence and connection you get when sending a boulder problem in the middle of such spectacular VIEWS! Ah! Chef's kiss!
