⚠️ Update Regarding the Recent Injunction ⚠️
After reviewing the recent injunction, our understanding is that it restricts the Virginia State Police from enforcing portions of the new laws. At this time, it does not change what is scheduled to take effect on July 1.
As a result, our deadlines for firearm transfers remain unchanged. Our cutoff for any items affected by the new laws will be Tuesday evening.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate these rapidly changing developments. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as new information becomes available.
