Want to take some time to talk about Allen. This past weekend he placed 8th out of 42 at his state wrestling tournament. From day 1 you came into the gym showing that you're ready to be Bout Dat Action and you have been that and much more. You're a inspiration to the littles and a great example for your peers. Keep up the great work Al. Proud of you.

Tonight was a special moment for one of the littles. He saw coach do it, so he had to give it a try. We will be working on his form but not bad for a 9 year old. 135lbs
