Black House is a martial arts school focusing on MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, self-defense, and fitness for all ages.

Elite Training Center is a martial arts school in the South Bay of Los Angeles, California. We are a martial arts studio focusing on self-defense and fitness. Our students include South Bay residents and others in the L.A. area, male and female, adult and youth, those with no prior self-defense experience and those experienced in martial arts. Teaching confidence while respecting others, our academy is founded on the four principals of Respect, Honor, Discipline, and Strength. Techniques include LOTAR®(Close Quarter Battle techniques) and Krav Maga (intuitive self-defense independent of strength or size), Muay Thai kickboxing, Adult Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as sport, Youth MMA that emphasizes our founding principles, and Kali/Silat/Eskrima (Filipino open hand and stick fighting). Elite Training Center instructors are experienced in both the teaching and the application of defense techniques in actual street or combat situations. Elite Training Center is located in Redondo Beach, California, in the Los Angeles South Bay. Our students hail from all over the Los Angeles area, but most especially from the South Bay and beach cities including Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Lawndale, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Lomita, San Pedro, Hawthorne, and Gardena.

Join us for our annual Thanksgiving Tomahawk/hammer Fighting seminar on Saturday, 11/14, from 1-5pm. This is always a favorite!
So legendary was the effective use of this weapon that even today it is still in use among elite military units and operators.
This course delivers a highly effective and structured approach to combat — focusing on Native American or frontier style Tomahawk.
Tomahawk principles apply to an everyday hammer as well, so this is a great addition to your self defense skill set.

Seminar is for all experience levels. Reach out for more information! Sign up on our website or link in bio.

From fear to finding undoubtably strength!

As Arohi shares her story, it reminds us why self defence is so much more than physical training. After having experienced a robbery in her own home and being threatened while walking at night, she chooses to turn fear into awareness, confidence, and resilience.

At Elite Training Center, we believe knowledge is power. Training isn’t about violence.. it’s truly about preparation, discipline, staying calm under pressure, and knowing how to protect yourself and the people around you if the unthinkable happens.

For so many people, self defence becomes more than a skill. It becomes a sense of safety, confidence, and control reclaimed. 🤍🥊

Big thank you’s to Arohi for being open enough to have a voice and being a thriving inspiration: .shar.ma
