Congratulations to Ginny Ritter, our August Employee of the Month! 🎉💗

Ginny always balances fun, technical coaching, and a genuine love for the sport. She’s always eager to learn more and is incredibly dedicated to becoming the best coach she can be. Her floor stations and class structure are always thoughtful and engaging, and she ensures the kids are learning, improving, and having fun.

Favorite part of coaching: Watching my athletes reach their goals and fall in love with the sport I fell in love with!

Fun fact: I’ve been either a gymnast or a coach at TG since I was six
