💪⚾ HARD WORK STILL WORKS! ⚾💪

The TTBA Hybrid Training Program is built around three powerful pillars that every athlete and parent should focus on:

1️⃣ A Sustainable Workout Plan
Athletes need structure a training plan they can follow consistently, not just for a few weeks, but throughout the season and beyond.

2️⃣ Professional Coaching
Proper instruction matters. Our coaches teach athletes how to train correctly, move efficiently, and build the strength needed to perform at a higher level.

3️⃣ Accountability
A plan only works when the athlete follows it. We hold our athletes accountable, encourage consistency, and help them develop the discipline and habits required for long term success.

Every athlete should be in the weight room getting stronger. As athletes become stronger, they build confidence and when confidence grows, success is right around the corner. 🔥

But it starts in the weight room. It starts with showing up, putting in the work, and investing the sweat equity required to earn real results. 💦🏋️‍♂️

Challenges are supposed to be challenging. Nothing worthwhile comes easily.

21 years ago, Technique Tigers Baseball Academy was training athletes eight months out of the year—and people thought we were crazy. 🐯⚾

We had young athletes in the weight room. We were working on speed, agility, and quickness. We were testing and tracking performance, organizing pool workouts, and finding new ways to develop complete athletes. We were committed to changing the way sports-specific training especially baseball training was being done. 💪⏱️🏊‍♂️

Today, we’re proud to say that we’re still here, still developing athletes, and approaching 11 years inside our own 12,000-square-foot facility. 🏠🔥

There have been incredible moments, difficult battles, and plenty of adversity along the way. But through it all, our staff never wavered from our mission. We stayed committed to teaching the game, developing young people, and helping athletes progress to the high school level and beyond.

Now, we train athletes 11 months out of the year—and we’re still pushing forward, still evolving, and still pouring everything we have into the next generation. 🙌

First, we thank God for guiding us throughout this journey. We also want to thank every athlete, family, coach, and community member who has supported TTBA over the past 21 years. We would not be here without you. 🙏🐯

To every athlete preparing to compete this fall:

🙏 Stay blessed.

🍂⚾ FALL BALL IS UPON US! ⚾🍂

As we move into Year 21, we’re reminded that every fall season represents a new year and a fresh beginning for TTBA.

It’s been an incredible journey since day one. In a sports world where new facilities and programs seem to pop up on every other block, we’re proud to say that we’ve always stuck to our guns.

✔️ We never combined forces.
✔️ We never changed our name.
✔️ We never abandoned our traditions.

For 21 years, we have remained true to who we are, what we believe in, and why we started, teaching the game, developing athletes, building character, and positively guiding young people. 🐯💪

We also want to salute the organizations, coaches, and trainers who were developing athletes long before youth sports training became a tren those who continue doing it because they genuinely love teaching, mentoring, and serving the next generation.

Shoutout to all the real cats who have stayed loyal to the mission and true to the game. We see you, and we respect you. 🫡⚾

Here’s to Year 21. The tradition continues.

🎤A weekly lesson is valuable—but real development requires a complete plan.

✔️Over the last several years, we have seen the demand for private lessons continue to grow. However, after speaking with several parents, one thing became clear: families want more than a lesson. They want a complete development plan.

🚀To test this approach, I personally ran a Hybrid Pitching Program with five athletes. Every pitcher increased his velocity by 5 to 12 miles per hour. Strike percentages improved, confidence went through the roof, and each athlete developed a better understanding of how to train between lessons.

Because of those results, we have decided to add Hybrid Player Development to the TTBA program offerings.

The program combines professional baseball instruction with:

🏋🏾‍♂️Strength and conditioning
🚆Speed, agility, and mobility
🧠Mental-performance and recovery training
🏡At-home workouts through the Futures app
💻Technology and progress tracking
🎙️Coach and parent communication
🔥Consistent accountability

Athletes can choose from three age-specific pathways:

1. Hybrid Ignite: Ages 8–10
2. Hybrid Advanced: Ages 11–13
3. Hybrid Performance: Ages 14–18

Both six-month and twelve-month options are available, with private and small-group instruction.

Our goal is not simply to improve one baseball skill. Our goal is to develop stronger, more athletic, confident, and prepared baseball players.
