We are a dance and fitness facility focused on helping adults get active and stay physically fit throughout their lives. Our unique and innovative exercise programs help clients reduce stress, lose weight and achieve fitness goals. Through a fun and supportive community environment, we encourage life transformation – inspiring clients to break through challenges and to believe in their unlimited potential. All classes are open for $10 drop in!

Thought we aught to celebrate the change of seasons and the rainy weather the past couple of weeks by dancing to 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦 𝘒𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘺!
