It represents the flame that ignites within each of us as we embrace the transformative power of all things movement and aerial arts. Aerial arts encompass an exhilarating fusion of acrobatics, dance, and artistry performed while suspended in the air using various apparatus such as aerial hoops, poles and silks. We offer a kaleidoscope of fitness, acrobatics and flexibility classes tailored to complement and enhance aerial training. It’s getting a little spooky at Ardore tonight! 👻

6pm: Circus Lab 🎪
We will not be doing our normal aerial pole class, this week we will have chains, hammock, and pole up for everyone to wear costumes to flow, take pictures, and be in the fun lights on!

7:15pm: Lyra II 🎃
It’s time!! Wear your costumes and show off the choreography we’ve been learning all month. The lights will be down and spooky vibes will be up!

Costumes highly recommend tonight!

👻 Tonight in Low Flow Lyra we’re running our “Somebody’s Watching Me” choreography one last time!

We’ll review the routine (not teach from the beginning) and have opportunities to freestyle where we left off! If there are parts you’ve wanted to change or add your own twist to, this is your chance to make the routine YOURS! ❤️🔪

Costumes and Halloween spirit encouraged, but not required.

We’ll be setting the mood with some spooky lighting and giving everyone a chance to get videos of their routines! 🖤

🎃 Happy Halloween from the Ardore Kids! 👻

We’ve been having a little spooky fun in our Junior & Youth Aerial Arts classes this month!

Last night, we also had our first Parent Watch Night, where our aerialists got to show off some of the skills they’ve been working so hard on! It’s been so much fun watching their confidence grow week after week.

I’m so proud of these kiddos and loved getting to share a little bit of their progress with their families! 🧡

6pm: Circus Lab
We will continue to explore the aerial pole! Working on our climbs and holding poses. This is a beginner friendly class!

7:15pm: Lyra II
Our spooky sequence wraps up with this last section! We will review what we’ve already learned then learn this last section. Next week we will spend the class just reviewing the whole thing, so feel free to jump in!
