These are some of the most respected programs in the country, and getting in takes more than talent. It takes discipline, courage, and a willingness to put yourself out there.

🩰 June Morning Ballet Classes at IDA ☀️

Excited to bring our Adult Ballet dancers and Elementary/Advanced students together this June for morning classes at 🩰IDA!

A beautiful way for dancers of all ages to train together, stay strong, and keep moving through the summer. Perfect for students preparing for summer intensives and adults looking for an incredible full-body ballet workout.

Classes will focus on technique, strength, conditioning, flexibility, and staying performance ready for the season ahead.

Monday • Wednesday • Friday
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Elementary to Advanced Level 💛

Nothing warms our hearts more than seeing our 🩰IDA alumni come home and walk back into morning class. 💛

Watching these beautiful dancers continue to chase their dreams while still making time to return to the studio where it all began is such a special feeling.

So proud of our alumni, including Sofia Rose, now a soloist with Carolina Ballet. ✨

And seeing Alana now part of the 🩰IDA faculty, sharing her passion and love of dance with the next generation of IDA dancers, while still finding time to train in the studios herself, makes it even more special. Full circle moments like these mean everything. 💛

No matter where life takes them, they will always have a home at 🩰IDA.

One thing I always tell parents when life takes them to a new city or state and they’re searching for a new dance home… don’t just look at the level your child is entering.

Go watch the senior class.

Because that is what your child is growing toward. That senior level reflects the training, the environment, the work ethic, the kindness, the discipline, and the heart of the studio. It shows you what the younger dancers are being shaped into over the years.

These three have been nothing but exemplary examples of hard work, dedication, commitment, perseverance, leadership, and kindness. We could not be prouder of the young adults they have become and all that is ahead of them.
