Get your student athletes to the next level. G6 has helped get athletes to the collegiate and professional level so we are excited to partner with them on this journey of helping athletes reach their goals.

Sessions are 5AM-6AM every Wednesday and Thursday.

Coach Eva, a former collegiate softball player, will take our athletes through G6 tried and true system to increase speed and strength for sport specific goals.

$250 plus as a bonus gift from our partnership, your student athletes will also get access to our teens class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:15PM.

Happy to announce our collaboration and partnership with G6 Performance out of Sacremento. They have helped athletes make it to and stay at the highest levels in their sport. Here at TBC we are starting a program geared specifically for young athletes ready to increase speed and power. Starting Wednesday November 4th we will have 2 sessions with Coach Eva (former collegiate softball athlete) every Wednesday and Thursday from 5-6AM. This is for the committed, ready to take their game to the next level.

This is how you ride a bike when you are 30… I mean 60 years old. John has gotten fitter, more capable, stronger, more flexible than ever. And boy has he put on some muscle. Whether you are 30 or 60 we have a place for you.
