she’s not transforming

she’s remembering who she’s always been

I did choir for 10 years
hello to my fellow choir kids 👋

I also did handbell ensemble which honestly feels very on brand looking back lol

I taught for a nonprofit for a year
I teach yoga
I do social media marketing on the side
and somehow all of that eventually led me into energy healing

which honestly makes sense because I’ve always loved expression, connection, teaching, and helping people feel something

I think all the different versions of us end up making sense eventually

and yes… music still deeply affects my nervous system and emotions to this day 🤍
