Get to know Coach Cali! 😊

“Hi everyone!! I’m so excited to be joining the coaching team at Strive!

I’m currently a third-year Exercise Science student at Grace College, and I’ve been passionate about fitness, sports, and movement for as long as I can remember.
I spent most of my childhood in Thailand, which really shaped my love for people, community, and connection. I also love being outdoors, spending time in nature, and finding time to slow down and connect with God.

For me, fitness is all about more than just working out — it’s about building confidence, creating community, and having fun while challenging yourself. My goal is to create classes where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to show up each day. I genuinely love meeting new people, bringing good energy, and helping create an environment where everyone can grow together. I’m also a firm believer that workouts are better with good music and good people!”
