For the past three years, Paula Dobbs has been showing us that strength, consistency, and commitment have no age limit! Training with our StrongHER program, Paula has made fitness a lasting part of her routine at age 70—and continues to challenge herself both inside and outside the gym.
Her hard work is reflected in some impressive numbers: a 68 lb squat, 60 lb bench press, and 90 lb deadlift. She’s also working her way toward performing push-ups from the ground. These accomplishments are a testament to what happens when you stay committed and keep showing up.
When asked what she enjoys most about training at PPS+F, Paula shared, "I am inspired by the women I work out with. I appreciate the coaches guiding me and explaining exercises." She credits the coaches and supportive environment for helping her stay consistent, and she’s noticed improvements in her overall muscle tone, posture, and core strength.
Paula’s advice to anyone considering joining PPS+F is simple: "Don't hesitate, PPS+F offers something for everyone."Her goal? Keep at it! We couldn’t agree more. Paula, thank you for being such an inspiring part of our StrongHER community. We’re proud to celebrate you as our September Member of the Month!
