Walking everyday!

Bodypump is a Les Mills program that you can attend live or virtual on the tv, like you see here. It is a full strength training program. 💪

A little reflection on all the years I’ve taught Zumba.

Brady was just a baby in the pack and play at Sacred Heart Church attending all my classes so I could workout.

Teaching at Sacred Heart, Evan’s Mills Primary, JCC, Calcium, Watertown YMCA and multiple one time events in the North Country.

I’ve met the best people through fitness.

Smile and energy is contagious. I always make people smile in my class if you come because it just makes you feel better!!!

On this Sunday, I am grateful for all the friendships I have made through the years. If you are wondering where to find the best people, join the Watertown Family YMCA!
