Most of us don’t get 45 minutes to just think about our skin. ✨

September 25 + 26, Shankara comes to Element.

Maggie from Shankara Naturals and Allison, our esthetician, will spend 45 minutes with you — a real treatment, not a demo — plus a skincare consultation built around what your skin needs.

You’ll leave with samples and a gift to take home.
$50. Two booking calendars, link in bio to book —

No appointment? Come anyway and say hi. 👋

You don’t need to want to teach to want this training.

Some people take it to teach. Others take it because they want to understand their practice at a level they haven’t yet — the history, the breath, the reasons the poses on your mat go back thousands of years.

Element’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training starts January 16, 2027.

Weekends, once a month, through May.

Movement, meditation, philosophy, and real time on your mat with people who take this seriously — because Scott built it that way.

The most effective teachers are first dedicated students. That’s the whole idea behind this program.

Early registration is open now at $2,444, before the rate goes up to $2,644. Payment plans are available if that makes it easier to say yes.

Many of you knew Betsy was expecting Baby Parker.

Fewer have heard the whole story.

Her pregnancy came with news no parent is ready for — surgery, and time in the NICU, before she could simply be held.

Then Parker arrived early, and the road ahead grew even longer.

So this Labor Day, we’re giving that word a new meaning.

The labor of becoming a family.

The labor of healing.

And above all — a Labor of Love. 💕

One practice. One room. One community, gathered for one of our own.

Labor Day, 9:00 AM

75-minute All-Levels Vinyasa with Scott

$21 donation — 100% to Betsy, her family & Baby Parker

Betsy has spent years teaching us, practicing beside us, helping shape this community into what it is.

Now we get to hold her — and Parker — the way she has always held us.

Come move. Come breathe. Come give.

Your body’s been trying to tell you something. It’s just really bad at texting.

Kaitlin Western Kinesiology has a different way of listening. She’s an Energetic Kinesiologist, known to many of you through Menla, and she’s coming to Element for three days only — Sept 17–19.

Using gentle muscle monitoring, she lets your body do the talking instead. No overthinking required.

She’ll weave in flower essences, energy work, and whatever else your body is asking for in the moment. 🌸✨

If you already love the LOTUSWEI Flower Essences flower essences in our boutique, this is that same world — but personalized, guided, and chosen specifically for you.

Every session ends with a custom flower essence mist to take home, so the work doesn’t stop when you leave the room.

She’s also hosting a free evening on Thursday, Sept 17 — an easy, low-pressure intro with a live demo and plenty of room for questions.

Nothing to prepare. Just show up as you are.
Spots are limited. It’s one-on-one, three days, no more.

What if the wobble is the whole point?

That’s the question at the center of Perfectly Imperfect — Baron Batiste’s case for showing up messy instead of waiting to show up ready.

It’s our Book of the Month for August, and we’re gathering to talk about it Thursday, August 27 at 7:30 PM ET.

Bring your copy, your dog-eared pages, or just yourself.

Free for members | $10 drop-in.
