🧑🍳 Ingredients:
* 1 apple, sliced thin
* 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
* 1 tablespoon vanilla Greek yogurt
* Sprinkle of cinnamon
* Optional: a few crushed walnuts or pecans
Directions:
1. Arrange apple slices on a plate.
2. Mix the peanut butter and Greek yogurt together.
3. Drizzle over the apples.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts.
Why I Like It:
* High in protein and fiber
* Satisfies a sweet craving without a lot of added sugar
* Takes less than 3 minutes to make
* Great afternoon snack to prevent evening overeating
