I had a conversation recently with someone whose adult child is making some big, bold steps in life. And this mama is feeling all the feelings — grief, worry, sadness… just to name a few.
As we talked, I was reminded of a quote my yoga teacher shared in class last week:
“No amount of regret changes the past. No amount of anxiety changes the future. Any amount of gratitude changes the present.”
— Ann Voskamp
It was helpful for this mama to hear, and I thought it might help someone else too, so I decided to share it here 🤍
And speaking of gratitude… I can’t even explain how much this weekly yoga class adds to my life.
Thank you, Heather M. at , for the movement, the grounding, and the weekly words of wisdom.
I truly look forward to it every week ✨

TRUE OR FALSE?
You shouldn’t have your feet massaged during pregnancy.
The answer:Â False.
There are myths around certain pressure points, but these points are not easy to find and you will have to hold them with the intention of putting someone into labor.
When you’re working with someone trained in prenatal massage, foot work can be both safe and incredibly helpful.
Swelling, aching arches, and tired feet are common in pregnancy — and thoughtful massage can bring real relief.

You’re doing so much. Your body feels it.
Postpartum massage isn’t about pampering—it’s about supporting your nervous system, easing pain, and helping you feel like yourself again.
Many clients say they feel:
✨ deeply rested (like they finally slept)
✨ more comfortable in their body; less aches and pains
✨ calmer and better able to care for their baby
You deserve care during postpartum time (which is technically 2 years after birth) 🤍
Your body has done something incredible.
