Please note that The Wave's back parking lot will be closed as we prepare for and host the event. We encourage members and guests to plan accordingly and use alternate parking areas when visiting the facility.

From June 29–August 19, join Scarlet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15–7:15 PM for a small group training program focused on building functional strength, improving endurance, and boosting overall fitness.
This supportive, results-driven format combines strength and cardio training to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay motivated throughout the summer.

Summer Fitness Camp is officially underway, and we've been having a blast! ☀️🚲🌊

From bike rides and lake days to gardening, cooking, park adventures, and exploring the outdoors, everyone has been staying active, making friends, and creating memories along the way.

Summer Fitness Camp is designed to be a fun, fast-paced, and adventurous environment where kids can socialize, play, and discover new experiences throughout the summer. We can't wait for all the adventures still to come!
