On the final day of Leadership at Mueller, each student walked away with a symbolic Launchpad Leadership Survival Kit — a small bag filled with reminders of the lessons we worked on throughout the school year.

Each item represented a leadership principle: self-discipline, teamwork, confidence, kindness, healthy choices, emotional control, preparation, and the courage to keep growing.

Our hope is that the seeds planted and watered this year will continue to produce fruit in the lives of these students for years to come.

This work would not be possible without the continued support of Tawyna Glover and Jason Fair. Their care, commitment, and belief in the youth at Mueller are truly appreciated.

This year’s Mueller Aerospace Leadership Group focused on helping students connect leadership with daily choices — including healthy eating, teamwork, self-discipline, and confidence.

Through ICT Launchpad, our goal is to expose youth to tools, conversations, and experiences that help them grow into stronger leaders inside and outside the classroom.
