Concessions:
* Concessions will be for sale throughout the meet
* Jeramiah’s Ice will also be on site starting at 4pm
Pool Deck Set Up:
* Set up no earlier than 2:30pm - please allow time and space for YWCA staff to prep the pool deck for the swim meet.
* The area by the shallow end is reserved for Covil Estates swimmers and families.
* The area behind the starting blocks is reserved for clerk of course.
* Keep a walkway open through the tents for swimmers and a walkway along the pool deck for timers & stroke and turn officials.
* The pool is closed starting at 3:30. No feet in the pool during the meet.
* Bring tents! While we have a good number of pop up tents for the team area, we do not have enough to shade all family members. If you have a tent, please bring and share it with Barracuda teammates & families.
Barracuda Team Area:
While we are no longer utilizing designated age group areas, all swimmers need to sit in the Barracuda Team Area. This is the deck area along the fence by the deep end/lane 6.
Swimmers sitting together in the team area helps to ensure that all swimmers make it to clerk of course in time for their event.
Coaches will make a trip through the team area to let swimmers know what event number needs to be at clerk of course, but responsibility remains with families (and swimmers) to help get their kiddo to clerk of course in time.
At the starter table we will have the current event number and heat number posted. This information is also available in swimmingly fan, but since it is not always accurate we will have it posted.

Make sure YWCA and numbers are written on swimmers before warmups.
