Leadership Lessons from the Gloom 🌄
This morning at Arrowhead, we didn’t just sweat—we sharpened. Leadership isn’t a title, it’s a role you live out. And today, we lived it.
A true leader is observant—he knows his mission, sees the terrain, and recognizes the strengths of his team.
A leader is a scout—always scanning for obstacles, charting the course forward.
A leader is a listener—he hears what’s unspoken, and digs into the real objective beneath the noise.
As we pushed through the hills of Arrowhead, when we worked together, listened, and stayed mission-focused, we were unstoppable.

The Reindeer Ruck is ON — tomorrow at 0945 at the Landfall Shopping Center. Bring your M, your 2.0s, and a new, unwrapped gift as we ruck 4 miles to deliver toys and Christmas joy to the Wrightsville Beach Police Station for local kids in need. Walk, bike, ruck — just show up and lead.
Weather’s perfect, mission is clear, and festive attire is highly encouraged. No excuses. Let’s put our faith into action and bring the full force of F3 to the streets. Be the HIM your community needs. See you there.
