Are you compressing your irons?
TrackMan’s new 3D Body Motion Analysis can help you find out. Hip Sway measures how much your pelvis moves laterally away from and toward the target throughout the swing. Generally, you want to minimize Hip Sway in the backswing (roughly 0–2 inches) to help keep your lower body stable. By impact, you’re typically looking for about 4–6 inches of movement toward the target. This indicates that your body is shifting forward properly, helping you strike the ball first and compress your irons.
