Over the past few weeks, we’ve been hard at work modernizing our bowling center with new string pinsetter technology and making improvements to enhance your bowling experience.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support throughout the renovation process, and we can’t wait to welcome you back. Come see the upgrades for yourself, roll a few games, and enjoy everything Laser Alleys has to offer.

As many of you have seen, Laser Alleys is currently in the process of modernizing our bowling center by installing new string pinsetters. This upgrade is part of a growing shift happening at bowling centers across the country as facilities look for more efficient, reliable, and sustainable ways to keep lanes running for years to come.

String pinsetters work by using a controlled string system attached to each pin. After each roll, the machine lifts and resets the pins quickly and accurately, helping reduce mechanical breakdowns, improve lane reliability, and keep games moving smoothly for our guests.

We understand that change can bring questions, especially for those who grew up with traditional pinsetters. Our goal is not to take away from the game of bowling, but to invest in the future of Laser Alleys and continue creating a fun, welcoming experience for families, casual bowlers, leagues, and our community.

String pinsetters are becoming the new wave of the bowling industry, and we are excited to bring this modernization to York, PA.
