Metal Militia Worlds 2026 is in the books!! It was our most epic powerlifting meet yet, congrats to all the lifters who competed, laid it all on the line, and took home some hardware and PRs.

So many people to thank, but thank you to all who came out and supported us in some way. Thank you to the sponsors and vendors who allowed us to take things to another level, the Metal Militia members who helped run a high quality meet. Special thanks to our friends & family who support us the whole way and enable us to do this type of event.

Thanks to Penguin City for a great venue, our special guests Triple Dose and DJ Slip for the music, and finally our own Steel Valley chapter members who busted their ass to do a lot of heavy lifting both on and off the platform this weekend and made the show a tremendous success.

The calm before the storm, Worlds is tomorrow Saturday, the powerlifting action lifting starts at 10am

Friday weigh ins:
Morning 10am to noon at Goonfit Powerlifting Gym
Afternoon 2pm to 7pm at the meet site Penguin City brewery

Saturday morning weigh -ins 8am to 845am, confirm rack heights & openers

Lifters rules meeting 9am

10am Showtime, Squats start 10am for first flight, no break goes right into 2nd flight

Short changeover, Bench flights start.

After Bench event, the action rolls on with the first set from the band Triple Dose! Lifters have a half hour break Before deadlifts start.

Awards & then After-party with Special Guest Triple Dose
