Just a reminder... next week is supposed to be MUY CALIENTE🥵🥵

Please drink plenty of water during the day before you come workout. Also, listen to your body during the workout. It's okay to go at a slower pace and maybe use less weight.

See ya soon, Lindsey! ❤️

Back in 2020, Lindsey walked through the doors of CrossFit 66 and was our first customer as the new owners. She was new to CrossFit and trusted us with her fitness journey.

Over the last 6 years, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow stronger, and more confident in her fitness.

But more than the PRs, workouts, and strength gains… Lindsey became part of the CF66 family.

As she and her family begin a new adventure in Texas, we want her to know she will always have a home here at CrossFit 66.

We are proud of everything she has accomplished and thankful we got to be a small part of her journey.

Texas is gaining a strong one. 💪

We love you, Lindsey. Enjoy this next chapter! ❤️

Hunter has returned to CrossFit 66.

All jokes aside, one of the best things about this community is that we truly care about our people. When someone’s missing for a while, they’re missed. When they come back, they’re welcomed like family.

Fitness is important… but the people beside you every day are what make this place special. ❤️
