What a day at Yukon’s Czech Festival! 🍊🧡

We had such a great time being out in the community, meeting so many of you, handing out giveaways, and sharing what Orangetheory Fitness Yukon is all about!

One of our favorite parts of OTF is the community, and days like yesterday make us even more excited to be part of Yukon. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, said hi, tried the rower, and signed up to workout!

YUKON! Meet another member of our team! 🍊💪🏼

My name is Aden (🅰️den) and I am a Sales Associate here at Orangetheory Fitness Yukon. One thing that I enjoy about working at Orangetheory is the connections I get to make with our members 🤗

Outside of OTF, I like to workout 💪 go to the lake ☀️ golf ⛳️ bowl 🎳 and watch the Yankees play ⚾️

Fun Fact: I played college baseball.

✨ TIPS TO CRUSH 1,000m ✨
🚣‍♂️ Don’t go out too hot, start strong but controlled
🎯 Find a challenging, steady pace and stick with it
👀 Use your 500m split time on the OTConnect to help guide your pacing
🧠 Break it up mentally (250m at a time 👏)
