Beginner. Intermediate. Advanced. This framing is a problem.

From a practitioner and teacher perspective, I think we need less focus on what poses look like, and more on what they feel like from the inside.

Because there are no levels, really. Yoga meets you where you are.

The goal isn’t the pose.

It’s awareness.

It’s breath.

It’s a quieter mind.

That’s the advanced practice.
