KFV Prishtina dhe KFF 16 Qershori kanë kënaqësinë të njoftojnë fillimin e një partneriteti strategjik, të ndërtuar mbi një vizion të përbashkët: krijimin e më shumë mundësive për vajzat që dëshirojnë të ndërtojnë një karrierë në futboll, pa hequr dorë nga studimet, zhvillimi personal dhe ëndrrat e tyre.

Në kuadër të projektit me UEFA Foundation for Children, ky bashkëpunim nuk është thjesht një marrëveshje ndërmjet dy klubeve, është një angazhim për të ndërtuar ura, për të ndarë përvojat, për të zhvilluar talente dhe për t’u ofruar futbollisteve të reja një rrugëtim të qartë drejt futbollit elitar.

Dhe nuk mund të kishte një mënyrë më të bukur për ta nisur këtë rrugëtim sesa me ardhjen e një prej futbollisteve më premtuese të gjeneratës së saj.

💚🖤Kapitene e ekipit U17 të KFF 16 Qershori, fituese e çmimit “Shpresa e Vitit 2024” nga Federata e Futbollit e Kosovës, reprezentuese e Kosovës në kategoritë U17 dhe U19, si dhe Futbolliste e Dalluar për vitin 2025 nga Lidhja Rajonale e Futbollit e Prizrenit, Erza tashmë i bashkohet familjes së KFV Prishtina për të vazhduar rrugëtimin e saj në Superligë.

Pas çdo statistike, çdo medaljeje dhe çdo çmimi qëndron një vajzë që ka punuar me përkushtim, ka udhëhequr ekipin e saj si kapitene dhe ka përfaqësuar me krenari fanellën e Kosovës.

Në udhëheqjen e Suada Jasharit, jemi të bindura se Erza do të vazhdojë të rritet në një ambient ku ambicia, disiplina dhe edukimi ecin krah për krah me futbollin.

Një falënderim i veçantë shkon për Alban Krasniqin themeluesin e KFF 16 Qershorin për besimin dhe bashkëpunimin, duke dëshmuar se klubet mund të jenë partnere në zhvillimin e futbollit të vajzave dhe në krijimin e mundësive të reja për talentet e Kosovës.

Sepse suksesi i një vajze nuk i përket vetëm një klubi. Ai i përket të gjithë futbollit tonë.

For years, Riga Kallaba has proudly represented Kosovo, wearing the national jersey since the 🇽🇰U17 National Team and proving that distance is never a barrier when your heart belongs to your country.

Growing up and living in Chicago, Riga has never forgotten her roots. Every time she steps onto the pitch for Kosovo, she carries with her the dreams of young girls who believe that talent, hard work, and dedication can take them anywhere in the world.

One of those girls is Maesa Kallaba, a young player at KFV Prishtina.

To Maesa, Riga is more than a cousin. She is proof that a little girl with a big dream can one day represent her nation on the biggest stage. Every training session becomes more meaningful because someone from her own family has already shown her the way.

This photo is more than a family moment, it is a bridge between two generations, two cities, and one shared dream.

Every smile on the pitch, every new friendship, and every young girl who finds the courage to believe in herself reminds us why this mission matters.

On this Children’s Day, we celebrate all children and reaffirm our commitment to building a future where every child has the chance to thrive, belong, and pursue their dreams.

Me krenari të madhe, vazhdojmë rrugëtimin tonë të përbashkët me Kryeteajnere që ka qenë një nga shtyllat kryesore të rritjes, zhvillimit dhe suksesit të KFV Prishtina. 🤝

Për më shumë se dy vite e gjysmë, Suada ka dhënë shumë më tepër sesa njohuritë e saj si trajnere.

Girls who grew up through this project, travelled long roads to training, fought stereotypes and discovered their voice through football.

This is what the UEFA Foundation mission truly means:
giving every girl, no matter where she comes from, the chance to dream, play, grow and be seen ❤️

Their journey reminds us that investing in girls’ football is not only about building players, It is about building confident girls, stronger voices and brighter futures 🌍✨
