GOAL SETTING SUNDAY FOR POLE BADDIES 💅

Progress isn't always something you can see right away, but your body ALWAYS feels it first.

This week we're not chasing 10 tricks. We're obsessed with ONE.

Slide 2 is your homework 👇

My formula:
1. PICK ONE TRICK - Obsession beats scattered effort 2. Break it into 3 mini wins 3. Film your ugly day - that's where the data is 4. Schedule class like a client meeting - non-negotiable 5. Track the invisible win - strength, grip, confidence 6. Community check-in - we rise together
So tell me baddie — THIS WEEK MY ONE POLE GOAL IS......

Drop it in the comments and I'll hold you to it next Sunday.

Save this for your next reset day.
